Meridian-Research/1.0

Meridian is an automated research agent operated by Validacy. It reads public
government pages about occupational licensing and credentials, identifies itself
with the User-Agent "Meridian-Research/1.0", signs its requests (Web Bot Auth),
honours robots.txt (token: meridian-research), and makes at most one request per
two seconds to any host. It does not solve CAPTCHAs or log in.
